We returned home from Hawaii to find a basket full

We returned home from Hawaii to find a basket full of eggs in our coup and our garden overflowing with lettuce, tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, peppers, figs, peaches, and even some budding baby corn 🌽 Our broccoli plants are about 2 feet tall with these big beautiful leaves! Did you know you can eat broccoli leaves? They make amazing wraps … super nutritious, low carb, and big enough to fill with all kinds of goodies! One of my hubby’s favs:

- Wash and dry a broccoli leaf (or 2)
- Layer ham, applewood smoked salami, and shredded Asiago cheese inside each leaf
- Top with sliced tomatoes and peppers
- Finish it off with a drizzle of garlic infused olive oil and a sprinkle of pepper and flaky sea salt, like @maldonsalt #bonappetit
