If you’re like me you have left over pumpkins, and a busy social calendar ahead! So, what’s a girl to do? Well, I don’t like to show up at parties, dinners, or social gatherings empty handed … ever. So, I always have a few super-easy, quick, and tasty recipes at my fingertips … something I can whip up in a flash and go!<\/p>\n This pumpkin spice bread is one of my go-tos. It’s easy, bakes in an hour, and smells and tastes heavenly, invoking all those wonderful fall feels. So, I thought I’d share! Let me know how you like it! Happy baking (and socializing)!<\/p>\n Ingredients<\/em>:<\/p>\n 2 cups unsifted, all-purpose flour<\/p>\n 1\/2 teaspoon salt<\/p>\n 1\/2 teaspoon baking powder<\/p>\n 1 teaspoon baking soda<\/p>\n 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon<\/p>\n 1 teaspoon ground cloves<\/p>\n 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg<\/p>\n 2 cups sugar<\/p>\n 3\/4 cup butter, softened<\/p>\n 2 eggs<\/p>\n 1 16 oz. can pumpkin<\/p>\n Make It<\/em>:<\/p>\n Preheat oven to 325.<\/p>\n Lightly grease two 9 X 5 inch loaf pans.<\/p>\n Combine the flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and spices — whisk together well and set aside.<\/p>\n In a separate bowl, combine the butter and sugar, and mix using an electric mixer until just combined (slightly crumbly).<\/p>\n Add the eggs, one at a time, and beat until fully combined and fluffy.<\/p>\n Add the pumpkin and beat until combined.<\/p>\n Add the flour mixture and beat on low speed until just combined.<\/p>\n Add mixture to two loaf pans, and bake in oven for 65-75 minutes, or until a cake tester comes out clean.<\/p>\n Let cool (at least slightly — but not too much, I prefer mine warm), and enjoy!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n \n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Table Runner | Serving Plates | Napkins | Loaf Pan | Platter Hello!
