After giving it some thought, I’ve decided to do a series of posts to help you build your Essential 25 wardrobe, beginning with the sun hat. You can access my full Essential 25 post here, which gives an overview of all 25 pieces and why, in my opinion, they should form the backbone of every woman’s wardrobe.
While the Essential 25 post is a great start, I thought it may be helpful to take a deep dive into each piece and collect a variety of different options at various price points. As always, when it comes to the E25 pieces, I encourage you to purchase the highest quality item your budget allows. These aren’t trendy pieces … these are timeless classics, and if you treat them as investment pieces and care for them accordingly, they will last years or, in some cases, decades.
When it comes to a sun hat the objective is pretty simple: to protect your skin from the sun! Choose a classic semi-wide brim that goes seamlessly from the city to the beach, and you’ll always be covered. Of course, don’t forget the SPF (a mineral-based formula) as well!
I’ve collected a variety of options below. There’s something for everyone, no matter your budget because style should be accessible to everyone. Happy wardrobe building!
